Hampshire Honey

Louise looks after seven hives in the Curdridge/Botley area of Hampshire and we are honoured to be allowed to stock her production. The consistency varies according to the time of year and the climate, as of course, the bees are reactive to nature. The taste will also vary according to the blossom available, and the honey could be flavoured with lime blossom, tree pollen and flower nectar. It is the bees' glue, propolis, that is effective as an anti-inflammatory in humans, helping our immune system.
