Seville Orange Marmalade

Made traditionally with Seville Oranges (we buy them in January and freeze them to offer marmalade all year round), this is a medium shred which is hand-cut. Variants include Rum Marmalade, which is swirled with Mount Gay' Black Barrell rum and Whisky Marmalade
